Choline and Inositol belong to a group of substances called phospholids. Choline supports the liver in the metabolism of fats and enhances liver function. Choline preserves the flexibility and integrity of cell membranes. Both Choline and Inositol sre involved in the manufacture of neuotransmitters. Inositol is required for the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscle function.

2 capsules twice daily or as directed by practitioner.
